Sudhir is an experienced and respected businessman with strengths in establishing and building companies.
Sudhir started his own SSI unit, President Systems, in 1985, which manufactured international standard enclosures for the electronic industry. This unit was later converted to Stellar Modular Systems Pvt Ltd In 1988, he formed a subsidiary company, Elrack Systems Pvt Ltd, in Bangalore to service customers in the South.
In 1995, he merged two companies and formed a joint-venture called Vero President Systems Ltd. with Vero Electronics plc. In 2000, Vero was acquired by APW (a US company) and the company was renamed APW President Systems Ltd. In 2008, the company’s turnover crossed the landmark figure of Rs. 100 crores. The company was sold to Schneider Electric in 2010.
He founded TIM Infratech in 2011 with Monish Chhabria.

Monish's strength lies in initiating a new business line and bringing it to a successful mature stage. His ability to understand customer requirements and market conditions has been the foundation pillars of his success.
Monish began his career with President Systems (APW President) in 1998. He introduced new value-added technologies to strengthen President System's offerings in the market. He was one of the pioneers in setting up the Technology Products Division, which brought Avocent into India.
With Sudhir Seth, Monish setup Avocent India in 2004. He led the country business for Avocent, setting up 7 offices across India and putting in place a specialized team comprising 35 sales and technical members. This resulted in Avocent being the de facto solution for any data center expansion in the country.

Rajesh Oberoi has a dynamic experience of working with companies such as Jindal steel, Airtel, Avocent and TIM Infratech. He is quick to evaluate and identify appropriate data center technology trends and evolving solutions that may support or impede the success of the business. Rajesh leads the strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing technology development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and adaptation as company offerings.
Rajesh plays an active role in recruitment, training, retention and organization of technical staff in accordance with the company requirements. He ensures that the company's internal technological processes and customer-facing services comply with community expectations and applicable laws and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility.
